By accessing or using Craaft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Craaft is an AI-powered CV and cover letter generation platform. We provide tools to create, optimize, and download professional resumes tailored to job listings.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Free & Pro Plans

Craaft offers a free tier with limited features and paid Pro plans with additional capabilities.

  • Free Plan: 2 CV generations, limited features as described on the pricing page.
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited generations, all features. Billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through Polar.
  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Contact us for information about our refund policy.
  • Lifetime plans are non-recurring and grant permanent access.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to Craaft, including your profile data, CVs, and cover letters. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

8. AI-Generated Content

CVs and cover letters generated by Craaft are created using AI. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

Craaft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, failed job applications, or inaccurate AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
